Why should I work with a travel advisor instead of booking on my own?
Feeling overwhelmed—or simply don’t have the time—to do complex trip research online? Then you’ll love working with us, as we take all the details off your hands. We also have very high standards and a list of fabulous hotel partners, so your hand-picked property is sure to be downright luxurious. If, one the other hand, you’re a DIYer who lives for searching out deals, we’re probably not a good fit.
IS IT CHEAPER TO work WITH YOU THAN BOOKing ONLINE?
Our focus is not on “cheap” vacations—but rather value-packed ones. Our hotel rates are comparable to what you’ll find online, though our relationships with our preferred partners means you can expect to receive top-notch service (and the occasional perk!).
how much does a typical honeymoon (or luxury vacation) cost?
Our clients typically spend $500+ per night for hotels and $1k+ per day for a full itinerary that includes hotel, local transportation, and some activities. We’ll help you figure out the appropriate budget you’ll need for your specific vacation vision.
Will I be involved in the planning process?
Of course! Working with us is the opposite of a one-size-fits-all approach. You certainly have a say in how your trip comes together—your voice is the most important here! We collaborate with you on every detail of your trip, to ensure it fits your vision, interests, and budget. If something’s not quite working for you, we’ll tweak it until it does.
can i use my hotel points if I book with you?
You are welcome to book your flights with points, but we do require at least one hotel booking without points in your package. Please let us know if you would like to use points prior to our initial call. If you are more of a DIYer and want to use points for your entire trip—but would like a professional’s eye on your plans—you can book a one-off consulting session here.
how long does the planning process take?
After our initial call, it can take 1-3 weeks to finalize your itinerary and collect deposits for the major trip components—depending on the complexity of your trip and how quickly you can provide feedback. If you are booking far in advance, certain pieces of the trip like dining reservations, spa services, golf, and some activities will be booked closer to your travel date.

Will you help me figure out travel during COVID?
Yes, as travel has become a bit trickier, we’ll be here to provide guidance and expert recommendations to you. This includes recommending travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment, sharing information on entry and testing requirements, and helping you understand cancellation/re-booking policies.
what about airbnb and home rentals or villas?
We have a fantastic list of luxury home rentals and villas we can pair our clients with! We do not book AirBnb or VRBO as we can not vet each of the properties listed—and we don’t want you to have any nasty surprises on your vacation.
